About the ACT Public Service (ACTPS)
The ACTPS is responsible for working together to provide our community with responsive and accessible services for the benefit of all Canberrans.
The ACTPS is committed to service excellence, integrity and innovation.
The ACTPS consists of eight government departments:

- ACT Planning and Land Authority
- Chief Minister’s Department
- Department of Disability, Housing and Community Services

- Department of Justice and Community Safety

The ACTPS also encompasses several Public Authorities and Territory Owned Corporations, including:
