Do you feel that people with a disability are entitled to the same respect, and quality of life as everyone else? If so Disability ACT would like to hear from you. We have several permanent full-time and part-time positions available! If you do not have the relevant experience, your diverse life and work experiences can be transferred to support people with a disability.
Note: Penalty payments increase the salary range significantly. The salary is pro rata based on the hours worked. You will need a current driver’s licence. Disability ACT will provide all additional training.

Applications are invited from experienced, energetic people to register for casual part-time and short term temporary teaching employment in the Fyshwick Trade Skills Centre, Centre for Science, Forensic and Engineering and the Building and Enrionment Centre. Successful applicants will be placed on registers and may be offered casual employment as vacancies occur. Applications are valid for the next 12 months, after which time the registers will expire.
Salary Range: $72.12ph delivery and $45.55ph non-delivery

Temporary Employment Register
ACT Department of Justice and Community Safety (JACS)
JACS is currently seeking people who are interested in temporary employment as Administrative Service Officers. Interested applicants are required to submit their resume along with the application form to the Temporary Work Register. The register is used to select staff for temporary engagement for periods up to twelve months or to undertake special projects on a shorter-term basis.
The register will be valid until May 2009
