Details: The Office of Yvette Berry, Deputy Chief Minister has a vacancy for a temporary part-time (up to four days per week) Office Manager starting as soon as possible with the potential for an increase to full time hours from July/August for six months. This is an ongoing role until the next election. This position is primarily responsible for the smooth management of Minister’s Office with a primary focus on diary and schedule management, effective office systems with high quality service to stakeholders and the community. The applicant will need to demonstrate experience in office administration and an ability to effectively write, and communicate on a range of issues. The position requires self-management but works to ongoing deadlines. The role is for the term of the Government and is an Adviser Level 1 Upper position with a salary of $75,169 - $78,855 plus 7% allowance and superannuation. The successful candidate will be engaged under a Legislative Assembly Members’ Staff contract, and other terms and conditions of employment are governed by the relevant ACT Legislative Assembly Members’ Staff Enterprise Agreement.
