Details: People Strategy within the Corporate and Governance Branch, ACT Health Directorate are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team. We expect you to have generalist Human Resource (HR) experience and are specifically seeking officers with experience in Workplace Health and Safety and Diversity and Inclusion activities to assist People Strategy in meeting needs of our stakeholders. These positions will take a client focused approach, managing client relationships and working in partnership with colleagues and managers to resolve workplace issues at the local level. The successful applicants will balance the need for consistent, policy-based advice, and the importance of local, responsive and flexible approaches to HR services, advocating for and on behalf of the client, while representing the interests of People Strategy.The ACT Public Service supports workforce diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
