We are undertaking a broad recruitment process for positions in our Contact Centre for Customer Service Officers. In our Contact Centre you will help people to get where they need to be, give them advice on issues as broad as where the nearest bus is, what they can do if their house is haunted, or help someone to get the correct approval when they need it. Note: An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is part of an activity-based working (ABW) environment. Under ABW arrangements, officers do not have a designated workstation/desk.
