Details: Access Canberra is recruiting to several Senior Officer Grade B roles for upcoming temporary (less than 12 months) and permanent vacancies. The roles include senior manager, policy and project positions the Customer Coordination division. If you think you’ve got what it takes to deliver Coordinated Customer Services in a regulatory environment, whilst leading teams, managing projects and influencing policy improvements across a variety of functions at Access Canberra – then we’d like to hear from you. As a Senior Manager you will need to be a good communicator with excellent skills in negotiation and the management of multiple high level and complex tasks. You should value and be committed to personal development and improvement. As Senior Manager you will be responsible for delivering against Access Canberra’s business plan for tomorrow. To be successful you should embrace ‘change as being the new normal’, support and nurture innovation and collaboration with a renewed focus on outcomes.
