Details: ACT Property Group is seeking an experienced Property Officers to work in a dynamic team environment. The team provides the first point of contact for customers, coordinating and liaising with other areas in ACT Property Group and Government, providing day to day management of buildings under management or lease, liaison with building owners and advice on service improvements. The officers will be responsible for delivering high quality customer service, working collaboratively with tenants and building owners to deliver effective property services. Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate (CMTEDD) supports workforce diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace. Eligibility/Other Requirements: A current driver’s licence is essential.
Note: These are temporary positions available from 01 July 2019 to 29 November 2019. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. This position is in an activity-based working (ABW) environment. Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
