Do you possess conceptual analytical skills to accurately assess data and information? Can you work independently or part of a team? If your answer is yes, then you may be the person that Shared Services is looking for. The Service Management team within Shared Services ICT Customer Engagement Services Branch is seeking a suitably qualified and energetic individual to perform the role of Problem Manager.
