The Office of Industrial Relations and Workforce Strategy is seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join the Integrity, Governance and Capability Branch as Director, Learning & Capability.

A typical day could include:

  • Driving the strategic direction and delivery of the ACTPS learning calendar.
  • Overseeing the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors) and ensuring governance, data integrity, and accessibility compliance.
  • Refreshing the ACTPS Learning Strategy and Core Learning Policy to align with workforce priorities.
  • Providing authoritative advice on learning design, system optimisation, and capability development.
  • Delivering strategic reporting and insights to inform executive decision-making.
  • Cultivating strong partnerships and fostering a high-performing, inclusive team culture.

Notes:
This is a temporary position for a period of up to 12 months with the possibility of permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application only.
