Details: The Program Officer is responsible for managing the sale and acquisition of property to support the public housing growth and renewal program. It supports the Manager, Portfolio Management and Acquisitions, to implement the annual capital program and prepares reports and recommendations on purchases, auction sales, sales to tenants and shared equity applications. The position works closely with various teams throughout Housing ACT to ensure the sale and acquisition of property is meeting the needs of current and future tenants. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Experience in, or a willingness to acquire skills in Property, Building, Real Estate or Contract Management is highly desirable. A current driver’s licence is essential.
