Community Services Directorate (CSD) is seeking a Senior Freedom of Information (FOI) and Privacy Officer for its Freedom of Information and Legal Coordination Unit. This position requires high level experience and a sound understanding of the Freedom of Information Act 2016, the Children and Young People Act 2008, the Information Privacy Act 2014, the Housing Assistance Act 2007, the Territory Records Act 2002, the Health Records (Privacy and Access) Act 1997 and legal matters, ability to provide advice on organisational accountability matters, including FOI, privacy, health records and ombudsman matters. Eligibility/Other Requirements: High level experience in Freedom of Information, Privacy and Legal Coordination.
