Details: The HR Officer Learning, Development and HR Programs will assist in the implementation of HR initiatives to support a high performing Directorate and a leading learning organisation, where our people know they matter. The HR Strategy Team sits within People and Performance Branch and is responsible for providing programs and initiatives that support capability and engagement of our employees. The team also manages all entry level programs, supporting talent attraction and partners with our stakeholders to deliver user centred initiatives, programs and resources.
