Details: The Justice and Community Safety Directorate is seeking a highly motivated and innovative records management professional to provide advice and support on the proper operation of the directorate’s Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS). Working closely with the EDRMS Project Manager, the Senior Records Officer will assist in the rollout of digital recordkeeping and ‘paper lite’ work practices across the directorate promoting outcomes that meet both business needs and compliance with the Territory Records Act 2002. The position will also be responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance procedures with respect to records created and captured on the EDRMS. To be successful in this role you will require a good understanding of records management principles and the ability to identify opportunities for business improvement. You will also need to be self-motivated and able to work relatively autonomously to deliver outcomes.
