People and Capability are seeking applications from proactive and enthusiastic candidates to join our branch as the Inclusion Coordinator in the Culture and Strategy team. In this role you will bring drive and enthusiasm to support the development of a range of projects and programs aligned with TCCS’s People Strategy 2019-2023, with special focus providing knowledge and advice on diversity and inclusion aspects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business units in TCCS becoming a diverse and inclusive workplace, including advice on reasonable adjustment and employment pathways.
