Details: The Governance and Ministerial Services Branch is seeking expressions of interest from highly motivated and committed people to fill the role of Business Coordinator. The role sits within the Boards and Committees section and provides support to the Assistant Director, Boards and Committees. This includes undertaking administrative functions, assisting the section management with daily operations including assisting with any matters requiring an immediate or urgent response. The administrative functions include: data entry, accounts receivable/payable, undertake recording of meeting minutes and other duties as directed. Note: An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW) in 2020. Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
