People and Capability are seeking applications from proactive and experienced candidates to join our team as a Culture and Strategy (CS) Advisor. In this role you will bring drive and enthusiasm to assist in the design, delivery and implementation of a range of projects and programs that are linked to the delivery of our Transport Canberra and City Services (TCCS) People Strategy and our goal of making TCCS a great place to work. These programs include a focus on performance development; employee engagement; diversity and inclusion; reward and recognition; and workplace culture projects, aligned to the TCCS Values and ACTPS Values and Code of Conduct, to build workforce capability. Eligibility/Other Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Human Resources and/or Organisational Development is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in strategic human resource management, government agile policy, project management and service design methodologies.
  • Accreditation, skills or knowledge of formal stakeholder and/or business engagement methodologies.
Note: This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW) in 2020. Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
