Reporting to the Executive Officer, Women, Youth & Children, this role provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Director of Nursing, Director of Midwifery and Director of Allied Health. The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the leadership team through diary and inbox management, preparation of correspondence and reports, committee and secretariat support, research activities, and the coordination of human resource and financial administration functions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and adaptable individual who can demonstrate initiative, manage competing priorities, build effective working relationships, and ensure timely responses to requests in a dynamic healthcare environment.
