About the Role:


Are you a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior leaders to achieve great outcomes? Join ACT Pathology and play a key role in keeping our executive operations running smoothly.

This integral role will have you working directly supporting the Executive Director and provide further administrative assistance to the senior leadership within ACT Pathology. The role will have you working in a dynamic environment with each day being different including exposure to broad range of tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.

To be successful you will be a consummate professional, be confident in a fast-paced work environment, be adaptable and responsive, be able to quickly acquire knowledge and understanding of situations and subject matter and cultivate productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, along with excellent administrative and strong communication skills, and can manage changing priorities.
