Canberra Health Services Dental (CHS Dental) is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Dental Therapist to provide professional leadership, clinical oversight and strategic direction across our public oral health services.

Working within the Division of Community Health and Integrated Care, you will lead service delivery, support workforce development, drive quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policy and clinical standards, while continuing to provide high-quality clinical care to eligible adults and children across Canberra.

To be successful, you will bring extensive public dentistry experience, strong leadership and organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, patient-centred care. You will be a collaborative and compassionate clinician who can build strong relationships, mentor staff and support continuous service improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership in a supportive public health environment. You will play a key role in shaping oral health services, mentoring clinicians, and driving service improvement while making a meaningful impact on the health of the Canberra community. A current driver's licence and the ability to travel between CHS Dental locations are required.
