About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Allied Health Clinical Education Unit (AHCEU) and play an integral role in the support of the allied health workforce.
The Allied Health Clinical Educator provides leadership and support for clinical education and supervision across allied health students and staff. The role contributes to the design, facilitation, and promotion of interprofessional education activities and leads allied health workforce development projects as required. The position also holds line management responsibility for designated staff within the AHCEU.
This role is suited to an experienced clinician who leads with integrity, demonstrates agility, communicates effectively, collaborates with purpose, and is accountable for achieving quality outcomes.

Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to:
- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
- Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
- Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.
- Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.
Note: This is a temporary position available for 12 months with the possibility of extension. This role will be filled at either Health Professional Level 4 or Psychologist Level 4 depending on qualifications and experience, in line with the Enterprise Agreement.
