About the Role:
Lead, Coordinate and Make an Impact on Ward 8B.
Join our dynamic renal team as an RN3.1 Clinical Care Coordinator and play a pivotal role in managing patient flow, coordinating complex care, and driving high-quality outcomes across a busy inpatient ward. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, community services and the wider Renal Network, you’ll help ensure patients receive seamless, person-centred care from admission through to discharge. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor staff, champion quality improvement, and make a real difference in a supportive and collaborative environment.
