About the Role:


Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service and supporting positive patient experiences?

The Medicine Team is seeking three individuals to join the team on a temporary basis.

In this role, you will provide reception services, including answering phone enquiries and liaising with patients and a range of stakeholders. You will deliver high-quality customer service, assist with patient management administration, maintain official records, and provide administrative support to nursing and medical staff to ensure patients receive seamless care.

The successful applicants will have knowledge of the Medical Benefits Schedule and the ability to apply this knowledge in practice. You will be experienced in overseeing data input into computerised recording and statistical systems and possess excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
