About the Role:


The HP3 Occupational Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services, including comprehensive clinical assessments and the provision of individual and group-based therapeutic interventions. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the role contributes to recovery-oriented, person-centred care and supports the functional, psychosocial, and occupational needs of consumers.

The successful applicant will actively engage in ongoing professional development, participate in clinical supervision, and contribute to quality improvement and governance activities that enhance service delivery. The position also involves providing supervision, guidance, and support to Health Professional Level 1 and 2 staff, students, and clinically related personnel, including Allied Health Assistants.

Operational and clinical reporting for this role is through Allied Health leadership, with professional governance provided by the relevant Occupational Therapy discipline lead. As part of a collaborative Allied Health team, the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to support consumer goals and promote the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care.

  • Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.
