Details: The Operations business unit within the ACT Revenue Office is seeking an Operations Supervisor for an upcoming vacancy.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be part of a highly productive, agile, resilient and cohesive team. You will report directly to Team Leads and are required to support and help supervise team members in a dynamic customer service environment.
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate an ability to read, understand and apply legislation and undertake work to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will use these skills to manage, resolve and respond to routine to complex queries from taxpayers and other stakeholders with minimum supervision, while ensuring compliance with ACT’s tax laws. You will provide support in a business-as-usual capacity, in management, as well as contributing to the supervision and development of staff.

Notes: This is a temporary position immediately for a period of 12 months with the possibility of permanency. A merit pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
