Details: Yarralumla Nursery is seeking a motivated and capable manufacturing accountant to lead the finance and administration function at our historically rich wholesale nursery in Yarralumla.

Join the historic Yarralumla Nursery, the largest wholesale nursery in the Southern Tablelands, and become part of a purpose-driven, socially inclusive team of around 30 dedicated staff. As Finance and Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence across a thriving nursery that grows over 300,000 cool-climate plants each year, including local, rare, and endangered species.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for systems and productivity improvement. Working closely with production and sales teams, you will provide critical insights into costing, productivity, and profitability, helping ensure the business operates efficiently and sustainably.

You will also take ownership of business systems and financial processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.
