Details: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to undertake a temporary opportunity with City Renewal's People and Capability team.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of workforce strategies, organisational capability initiatives, culture and people-related programs. You will also provide expert advice on enterprise bargaining, industrial relations, employee relations and employment matters, ensuring compliance with ACTPS legislation, policies and frameworks.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:

  • extensive experience across human resources, workforce planning, organisational development and people strategy
  • strong knowledge of ACTPS employment legislation, industrial relations and enterprise agreement frameworks
  • demonstrated experience leading leading and development and capability-building initiatives
  • proven ability to provide strategic HR advice and manage complex people matters
  • strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and leadership skills

Note: This is a temporary position available 24 August 2026 until 25 September 2026 with the possibility of extension up to 6 weeks. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
