To excel in this role, you will bring well-developed interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, allowing you to build positive and productive relationships with students, staff, families and external providers. You will be proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to exercise sound judgement and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a genuine passion for creating positive learning experiences for students and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment within the school library. You will be committed to high-quality customer service, continuous improvement and contributing positively to the culture and values of Maribyrnong Primary School.
