Details: As the Assistant Director, Public Housing Facilities Management Insourcing, you will play a key role in delivering a complex, multi-year transformation program to transition public housing facilities management services to an insourced delivery model.

You will support the successful delivery of the program through the provision of program and project management, governance, reporting, research, analysis and strategic advice. You will coordinate and deliver key program initiatives, develop project management tools and artefacts, support evidence-based decision-making, and help ensure program outcomes are achieved.

Depending on business priorities and program requirements, you may lead or contribute to a range of workstreams, including procurement and commercial activities, contract transition, customer experience and contact centre design, service delivery and operational readiness, future operating model development, governance and assurance, and change and implementation activities.

You will use your strong written communication skills and sound judgement to translate complex information into clear, practical and actionable advice for senior executives and government decision-makers. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to support the successful delivery of program objectives.

You will be adaptable and responsive to changing priorities, balancing competing demands while maintaining alignment with government priorities, agreed timeframes, budgets and service delivery outcomes.

Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for 12 months with possibility of permanency.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
