About the Role:
The CHS Arts in Health Curator enhances the healthcare environment in alignment with the CHS Vision of creating exceptional health care together. The Arts in Health Program identifies, sources and manages works of art to ensure that CHS places of treatment, healing and rehabilitation are vibrant, colourful, engaging and therapeutic. In partnership with key stakeholders, the Arts in Health Curator is responsible for building a CHS art collection that is inclusive, respectful of the diverse backgrounds and abilities of health-care consumers, carers, families and friends of the ACT and surrounding region. The Arts in Health Curator is guided by the CHS Vision, Role, Values and policies, including the Arts in Health Policy and Procedures, as well as by Australian and ACT Government policies, reconciliation action plans and national standards.
