Step Into Critical Care — Foundations Program for Nurses
Join the Intensive Care Unit at Canberra Hospital, a leading Level 3 Territory Referral Centre, and take your nursing career to the next level through our Foundations Program. This tailored, supportive learning pathway is designed to help nurses upskill in critical care, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
You’ll work alongside expert clinicians in trauma, cardiothoracic, and neurosurgical care, while building confidence and capability through structured education and mentorship. Be part of a team that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
