About the Role:
Canberra Health Services (CHS) is responsible for leading the insourcing (a transition from a contractor to in-house delivery) of cleaning services for the Canberra Hospital campus and Community Health Care Facilities from 1 October 2026. It is also leading the transition to insourcing of cleaning services and food services at the North Canberra Hospital and Clare Holland House from 1 October 2027.
The Director has a lead role in the insourcing transition project with a key focus on the procurement, supply, and contract development aspects of the project. This includes detailed transition planning, critical analysis of options and leadership in the achievement of agreed activities to ensure service continuity.
