Details: Join CIT’s Pathways, Business and Leadership College and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality Government and Public Sector training programs. As a Project Officer, you will manage client relationships, support learners, coordinate projects, provide exceptional customer service, and support business development opportunities across a diverse fee-for-service portfolio. Working closely with government clients, educators, students and stakeholders, you will contribute to innovative solutions, ensure compliance and quality outcomes, and help strengthen CIT’s reputation as a leading provider of vocational education and training in the ACT.

The Project Officer acts a single point of contact for clients and students. The Officer demonstrates excellence in customer service to guide clients through the client life cycle and aims to achieve repeat and new business because of excellent product and service delivery. This role works autonomously and proactively within a fast-paced team environment to deliver outcomes that contribute to the College's goals.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

  • All CIT and ACTPS employees are required to complete a criminal history record check form prior to employment.
  • Significant experience in business development and/or project management in the VET sector would be highly desirable.

Note: There are several permanent and temporary positions. Temporary positions are available for up to 12 months with the possibility of permanency.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
