Details: We are looking for a Director, Learning and Development who will be responsible for the planning, development and management of learning initiatives and programs which enhance the capability of the directorate and promote an inclusive workplace culture.

What will you do?

You will lead the Learning and Development team in an agile and innovative way, to implement and maintain a variety of Learning and Development strategies, Human Resources policies, initiatives, projects and programs. These include a Required Learning Framework, Leadership Programs, a Cultural Learning Strategy, Studies Assistance, Induction supports and are all supported by a multimodal Training Catalogue of opportunities and Learning Management System.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification, such as human resources, organisational development, psychology, is highly desirable but not essential.
