Details: We have an amazing opportunity available as the EDRMS Helpdesk Officer for CMTEDD. This engagement forms part of a small team of friendly, dedicated professionals who are seeking someone interested in developing new skills, experience and contributing to a culture of quality Records and Information Management.

Are you an individual with excellence customer service and attention to detail? Applicants are not required to be experts in Records and Information or an EDRMS to be considered for this opportunity, however an understanding would be highly advantageous. On the job training will be provided.

Applicants must possess judgement, administration skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders to achieve appropriate outcomes. While this position is non-ongoing, the successful applicant may acquire could be transferred to many other positions as most Government agencies utilise an EDRMS.

  • Experience using Content Manager (TRIM) and/or Objective ECM for searching, accessing and controlling government records

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 02 October 2026 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.

This position works in a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
