Details: Internal communication and culture lead

Are you passionate about shaping workplace culture and creating engaging and accessible communication? We’re seeking a dynamic Assistant Director to lead internal communication and culture initiatives for Digital Data and Technology Solutions (DDTS).
In this role, you will:

⦁develop and implement communication strategies and plans
⦁deliver content for a range of audiences and channels
⦁collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
⦁coordinate events – virtual and face-to-face
⦁manage our staff awards program
⦁use data to drive change and improvement.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:

  • Ideally, a minimum of 5 years' experience in communication roles.
  • A tertiary qualification in a communication field will be highly regarded but is not essential.
  • A current ACT Government CMTEDD issued Personnel Vetting Program certificate (Baseline clearance equivalent) is required for this position, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of 12 months with the possibility of permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
