Details: The Operations Coordination and Planning team is a small group of technical professionals that deliver specialised mapping services, data and asset management support, and innovative products to support the efficient functioning of PCS’ operations.

This position will plan and coordinate projects to support core park management programs. This includes spatial analysis, data management and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) technical support. The position will report to the Manager, Operations Coordination.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of ArcGIS suite of products
  • Current manual driver’s licence class C.

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience using PowerBI, cloud database skills, Arcade and Python
  • Qualifications in Geographical Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Experience or understanding of relational database management systems.
  • Experience of maintaining Asset Management systems
  • Knowledge of Feature Manipulation Engine (FME)
