Details: Roads ACT within the City and Environment Directorate (CED) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Inspector (INFR1) to support the effective operation of the ACT’s Stormwater Utility within the Stormwater section of the Environment and Utilities team. In this role, you will undertake inspections of stormwater and related infrastructure assets, identify and investigate defects, and recommend appropriate remediation actions. You will contribute to the maintenance and management of a diverse asset portfolio, including stormwater drainage networks, bridges, structures, dams and streetlighting systems.
This position plays a key role in delivering infrastructure maintenance programs, with a primary focus on asset inspection, while ensuring compliance with administrative systems, quality standards, and Work Health and Safety (WHS) and environmental requirements. You will also contribute to achieving productivity, efficiency and effective asset management outcomes across Roads ACT networks.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:

- Hold a relevant professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture or Project Management or accreditation with a professional body recognised within Australia; or hold a relevant building degree; or have significant building or Infrastructure knowledge and/or project management experience.
