Details: We're looking for someone with experience in biosecurity, or a related field, to join our Biosecurity team as a Biosecurity Officer, Team Leader. This is a hands on role where you will lead a small team, coordinate contractors, engage with stakeholders, and deliver new and emerging invasive species monitoring, control and preparedness programs across the ACT. No two days are the same.

If you have strong leadership and team coordination skills, a good knowledge of invasive plants, pests and biosecurity threats, experience with ArcGIS, Field Maps, Survey123 or similar systems, along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Notes: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
