The City and Environment Directorate (CED) is embarking on a bold transformation.  Designing an entirely new Learning and Development strategy befitting of the diverse work profile is one step closer to aligning our internal services for the betterment of our external community. Eligibility/Other Requirements:  

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in human resources, organisational development, or related discipline is desirable.
• Sound knowledge of learning management systems.

Notes: This is a temporary position available from 1 December 2025 until 27 November 2026 with the possibility of extension up to six months. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is primarily located at a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
