Details: This position is within a diverse, dynamic and professional team who come from a wide variety of backgrounds. We are looking for someone with strong relationship management and reporting skills to join our team to help coordinate digital governance activities. To be successful you will be someone with:

  • Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated communication skills including relationship management, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of ACTPS values and a proven commitment to the ongoing integration of workplace respect, equity, and diversity principles.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

  • This is an Identified position in accordance with Section 27(4) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 and is only open to an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural identity is considered essential and therefore confirmation of cultural identity may be requested.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry recognised certificates in project management are highly desirable. Professional qualifications checks may be undertaken prior to employment.
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office 365 applications, database reporting and information management tools would be an advantage (eg SharePoint, Objective EDRMS, Excel, SQL reports, Azure DevOps).

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
