Digital Canberra is seeking an experienced senior procurement professional to join the Strategic Sourcing team in the Strategic Sourcing and Portfolio Management Branch. The Director Procurement Delivery is responsible for ensuring that delivery of all Digital Canberra procurement is completed in a timely, compliant, and efficient manner. This includes designated high value and/or strategically important ICT procurements, less complex business as usual ICT and corporate procurements. The role includes the management and supervision of all the Digital Canberra procurement specialists and is supported by a Senior Director.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:  

• This position requires a current ACT Government Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.If you are not successful in obtaining a Security clearance, your employment in the role will not commence. If already commenced, your employment will be terminated.
• Diploma in Government Procurement is highly desirable. Note that there is a requirement to attain a minimum of a Certificate 4 in Procurement within 12 months if not already held.
• The Australian Capital Territory Public Service (ACTPS) is a values-based organisation where all employees are expected to embody the prescribed core values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration and Innovation, as well demonstrate the related Signature Behaviours.
