The Technical Services Administration Manager will be responsible for:

• Administration of procurement tasks for software, hardware and technical services.
• Maintain vendor relationships with multiple 3rd party suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Co-ordinate and manage approval processes through the CIO office.
• Review incoming invoices and support internal stakeholders in budget and contract management.
• Tracking and reporting the expenditure of health systems.
• Provide organisational and administration support for committees, boards and other bodies.
• Creating, reviewing and maintaining relevant documentation.
• Support system administrator functions.
• Managing other small projects to achieve business objectives.
• Undertaking other duties appropriate to this level of classification which contribute to the operations of the Division.
