Details: The HR Systems’ Kronos Systems team are looking for a permanent Kronos Information Officer (ASO6) commencing ASAP.
This is a great opportunity to use advanced features of the UKG Pro Workforce Management system and how it manages Time & Attendance business rules for ACT Government Directorates.
Who are we looking for?
An enthusiastic and motivated team player who can hit the ground running and deliver outcomes in delivering Kronos administration support.
What qualities do you need to have?
- Demonstrated experience in the support and administration of Kronos Workforce Central and UKG Pro Workforce Management;
- Strong troubleshooting skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a focus on providing support and training to users;
- Proficiency in report generation and data analysis.
A typical day will include
- Providing quality day-to-day engagement to directorate customers for UKG Pro Workforce Management, including troubleshooting and user support.
- Work closely with business areas to ensure accurate time and attendance data, compliance with enterprise agreements, and streamlined payroll processing.
- Perform testing new functionalities, and ensuring smooth upgrade change/s.
- Provide training and support to system users, ensuring they are proficient in using Kronos for timekeeping, rostering, and scheduling.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in workforce management.
- Prepare and deliver reports, to inform decision-making.
- Ensuring system data integrity through regular audits, monitoring, and validation processes.
- Keeping abreast of industry best practices and developments related to workforce management systems.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- A sound understanding of the Kronos WFC or UKG Pro Dimensions Time & Attendance System is mandatory.
- An understanding of the HR software systems chris21 would be advantageous.
- Qualifications in a HR related discipline is desirable though not essential.
- Educational and professional qualifications checks may be undertaken prior to employment.
- This position does not require a pre-employment medical.
