Details: Service Assurance Refresh Team has an expected vacancy coming up and we are looking for an enthusiastic team member who can provide expertise and deliver the complete process of ICT asset replacement for ACT Government. This involves installation of hardware, software and the deployment of applications. Someone who has a strong customer service focus and ability to establish a good rapport with all stakeholders, with excellent communication skills to be able to provide support when required and an overall willingness to learn.
Eligibility/Other requirements
- Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Understanding of the ICT systems and applications supported by Digital, Data and Technology Solutions (DDTS)
- Commitment to high quality customer service principles and practices
- Ability to manage customer expectations in relation to the refresh process, new starters and small rollouts
- A good sense of humour and adaptable to a changing environment
- Installing hardware, software and the deployment of applications. Working with technical contacts, business users and embedded ICT Teams
- Co-ordinating ICT asset replacement activities and ensure assets are replaced in a timely manner
- Preparing information and advice related to the rollout of hardware within ACT Government Directorates
