Details: The Service Assurance Refresh Team is seeking a highly motivated and capable individual to undertake the role of Refresh Team Leader.
This position provides technical leadership and coordination to support the delivery of the End User Hardware Rollout and Refresh Program across the ACT Government. The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day deployment of ICT assets, supporting asset lifecycle activities, and ensuring the effective delivery of customer-focused services.
The successful applicant will contribute to the coordination of ICT asset deployments across all ACT Government Directorates and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure operational outcomes are achieved.
- A can-do attitude with a strong customer focus and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate operational activities and prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to liaise and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience supporting ICT asset deployment, installation, or lifecycle management activities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to support or supervise staff as required.

Eligibility/Other requirements:
- The successful applicant must be an Australian citizen and possess or acquire and maintain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance at the Baseline level as per position description.
- Driver’s licence C class essential.
Notes: This is a temporary position available for a period of up to 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and or/permanency. A Merit List will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill similar vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
