Details: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our administrative team to support our Student Services team and play a lead role in the organisation of our enrolments and timetabling. This role is integral to supporting our school's operations, focusing on timetabling, and student enrolments. You will work closely with teachers, executive staff, and students to ensure a smooth and supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student enrolments and related administrative tasks.
  • Manage student attendance
  • Manage timetabling and scheduling to support academic programs.
  • Provide support for student wellbeing initiatives and programs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, executive staff, and students to address various needs.
  • Occasionally work within the office, supporting broader administrative functions.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

Desirable

  • Experience in an administration and enrolments role.
  • First Aid Certificate or a willingness to undertake appropriate training.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of school specific software including Sentral and Timetable or similar.
