Details: Amaroo School is seeking highly capable and dynamic Business Managers to join their school leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping a thriving, student-focused environment. These key positions oversee the full scope of school business operations, ensuring compliance with ACT Education Directorate requirements while driving strategic and operational excellence. As trusted advisors to the Principal, the successful applicants will lead daily and long-term planning, manage financial and facility operations, oversee staff, and champion continuous improvement in service delivery. Working collaboratively with leaders, staff, and the broader community, you will help create a safe, positive school where students love to learn. The role requires strong leadership, sound judgement, and expertise across strategic planning, human resources, governance, procurement, and stakeholder engagement, alongside exceptional organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Highly Desirable

  • Business qualifications or experience in a business-related role
  • Financial qualifications or relevant experience
