Details: The Non-government education team is responsible for the regulation, monitoring, registration and compliance of ACT non-government schools and ACT families who choose to home educate their children under chapters 4 and 5 of the Education Act 2004. The team also regulates ACT school providers who are registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).

This position supports the effective administration and regulatory oversight of Home Education in the ACT, ensuring compliance with the Education Act 2004. The role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of registration data, managing sensitive information, and delivering accurate reporting information within a high-volume, compliance-driven environment.

The role demands excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and fluctuating workloads. The successful applicant must demonstrate initiative, flexibility, resilience, and sound judgement, working both independently and collaboratively.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
