Details: There are multiple roles available within the administrative team at Erindale College. Erindale College's administrative team has the shared purpose with staff to meet students where they are at and take them where they want to go.  The Administrative team works closely together to support key functions within the school to ensure that the School provides equitable outcomes for all students.

The applicant will have strong communication skills, high level customer service as well as a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and engage with students, parents, carers, and teachers. The successful applicant must be self-driven, solution focused, proven leadership experience with an ability to make recommendation for improvement.  Applicants will require excellent knowledge of Sentral, Enrolments, Excursions as well as other IT platforms. The successful applicant will be required to undertake other administrative duties as directed by the Business Manager or Principal. The applicant will be required to apply legislation, policy, procedures, and guidelines in line with the Directorate/ACTPS. outcomes for all students.

Eligibility/Other requirements

  • Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - Apply for or renew a WWVP registration - Access Canberra
  • Experience using Sentral, Enrolments, Excursions Policy and Procedure and Google and Microsoft suites.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
