The ACT Education Directorate is currently engaged in enterprise bargaining that will define the future of workforce conditions for over 8,000 staff across 92 public schools. As Assistant Director, Workplace Relations, you’ll be at the forefront of this important work, playing a leading role in negotiations, advising senior executives, and ensuring the implementation of agreements that empower our educators and staff to deliver excellent learning outcomes.

This is a strategic leadership role where your expertise in industrial relations, legislative frameworks, and stakeholder engagement will drive real change. You’ll work closely with unions, government agencies, and senior leaders to ensure our workforce policies support our workforce to meet children and young people's needs.
